Building Automation Specialist

The Building Automation Specialist is responsible for identifying, diagnosing, and resolving offline points and controller issues within the Building Automation System (BAS) across a large-scale hospital network. This role focuses on critical system adjustments to chiller plants, air handling units (AHUs), and temperature-sensitive areas such as operating rooms and pharmacies.

Requirements

• Continuously monitor BAS for offline points and controllers across the hospital network's chiller plants, AHUs, and critical spaces.
• Identify and troubleshoot offline points and control system communication issues to ensure consistent system performance.
• Make real-time system adjustments and tuning of chillers, AHUs, and critical environments such as operating rooms, pharmacies, and laboratories.
