The Assistant Director of Annual and Reunion Giving will develop, plan, and implement a robust annual Reunion Giving Program and create and maintain a young alumnae engagement and giving program. A strong candidate will have demonstrated success in individual donor work and possess a strong understanding of fundraising best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of four years of related work experience
- Development, fundraising, annual giving, or volunteer management experience preferred
- Ability to make direct asks of donors and cultivate philanthropic support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Flexibility, a sense of humor, and strong teamwork skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite applications
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel if needed
- Affinity for the mission of Saint Mary’s College
