Neiman Marcus is a leading luxury retailer seeking a skilled Alterations Staff Associate with 3+ years of experience in fitting and tailoring high-end merchandise. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in specialty skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years fitting and tailoring experience in high-end merchandise
• Ability to fit and perform alterations on a wide range of garments
• Strong technical background in specialty skills such as: leather, knits, double face, beading, fine tailoring, buttonholes etc
• Ability to use all standard sewing, pressing & spotting equipment
• Ability to use specialty machines: Double-blind, Buttonhole, Cover-stitch, Leather
• Knowledge of Alterations industry including fabrication and styling of luxury merchandise.
• High school graduate or equivalent preferred
