Beauty Manager- Francis Kurkdjian

The Beauty Manager will create and maintain a strong Selling and Service culture, drive positive outcomes through objectives and measures, and lead and develop a team of Business Managers and Beauty Advisors. The role involves driving business development through technology, coaching the team to use technology and data to drive their business, and using multiple channels of technology to strengthen existing relationships and drive new client acquisition.

Requirements

• 3+ years of management experience with comparable volume or a proven track record of success managing a selling workforce and achieving result
• Experience in the Beauty industry preferred but not required
• Tech savvy skills
• Availability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays
• Comfortable working in a remote environment
