- Beauty Expert Development - Focusing on growing the clients beauty closet by fostering and developing a team of beauty experts comfortable to engage across all brands to meet the clients closet needs
- People Management - Leading and developing your team of Business Managers and Beauty Advisors
- Selling Floor Operations - Supporting the running of the day-to-day business operations within the store
