Requirements

• College degree or equivalent
• 5 - 10 years of store management experience
• Proven track record of successfully managing a selling workforce and achieving results
• Proficiency in utilizing available technology including Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong merchandising skills
