Requirements

• Design of commercial and industrial power, lighting, communications, fire alarm and security systems
• Perform Arc Flash Hazard Analysis
• Perform facility condition assessments and capital asset management planning
• Perform detailed cost analyses and material take-offs of a variety of building types
• Perform construction management for ongoing construction efforts
• Work with multi-disciplinary design teams
