The Engineering Project Manager will manage complex projects from start to finish, including project scope, schedule, budget, and project resources. Responsibilities may also include reviewing MEP systems, interfacing with code officials and contractors, and working with architects and other clients.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- 7-plus years of experience in project management with at least 2-years of experience managing large-scale projects
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) and/or PMP certification desired
- Proven leadership and staff development interests and capabilities
- Proven major project design capabilities and versatility
- Creative thinker with effective teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced multi-discipline team environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in the face of shifting projects and deadlines
- A confident and positive attitude with colleagues and clients
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Hands-on experience with latest versions of MS Office including MS Project and Outlook
