Job Description
The Regional Commissioning Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering commissioning services across their assigned region, while also growing Impact Cx capabilities, client relationships, and team capacity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or 15+ years of equivalent experience in MEP construction, commissioning, and project management
- Professional Engineering (PE) license
- Certification in Building Commissioning
- Project Management certification preferred
- OSHA 10-hour and 30-hour Construction Safety training preferred
- Proven project management experience
- Knowledge of Building Automation Systems preferred
- Field experience strongly preferred
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Ability to read, understand, and act on project financial information
