Job Description
At Salas O’Brien, we're seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team. This role will involve designing building electrical systems, leading project teams, and providing guidance to junior engineers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and experience working in the K-12, higher education, healthcare, and commercial markets in New York.
Requirements
- Design electrical systems including lighting, power, and life safety for existing facility renovations, new facilities, and facility modernization projects
- Conduct load sizing and service requirements for beneficial electrification projects
- Lead electrical project teams and perform QA/QC of design work
- Oversee and provide guidance to junior engineers
- Coordinate work with other disciplines
