Financial Analyst

Lever is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join their Finance Team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and at least 3 years of experience preparing annual budgets, analyzing financial statements, and working with general ledger processes for both domestic and international offices.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, SAP)
• Strong knowledge of accounting, key performance indicators, and ratio analysis
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, cost accounting methods
• Strong working knowledge of accounting systems
