Senior Project Manager

They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive priorities and change management within the People Analytics and Workforce Strategy team. This role will focus on recruiting data and insights, partnering with global Recruiting Leaders and cross-functional teams to guide business strategy.

• Manage multiple concurrent and often complex projects
• Collaborate with global stakeholders
• Support the team in identifying risks and escalating issues
• Engage stakeholders for input and provide reporting
• Assess cross-project impacts and dependencies
• Support change management and communication
• Track and measure project metrics
• Facilitate regular cross-functional meetings
• Refine Recruiting communications
• Reduce surprises during execution and own project management and progress reporting
