Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Manager to lead and scale a residential door-to-door sales team focused on fiber-optic internet services.
Requirements
- 3+ years of door-to-door sales experience
- 1-2 years leading residential teams
- Demonstrated success selling fiber, broadband, telecom, or subscription-based services
- Strong ability to recruit, train, and retain high-performing D2D reps
- Comfortable managing to metrics in fast-paced, install-based sales environments
- Hands-on leader with strong coaching, communication, and accountability skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for field management
