Job Description
Seeking experienced Outside Sales Manager to lead residential door-to-door sales team, responsible for in-field leadership, daily execution, and driving customer sign-ups.
Requirements
- 3+ years of door-to-door sales experience with 1–2 years leading residential teams
- Strong ability to recruit, train, and retain high-performing D2D reps
- Comfortable managing to metrics in fast-paced, install-based sales environments
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for field management
