Outside Sales Representative

Sales Focus Inc. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to drive growth and expand Advantage Home Care's presence within the community. The role involves face-to-face engagement, outreach, and relationship-building to connect families with essential home care services.

Requirements

• Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
• Educate potential clients about the services Advantage Home Care provides
• Build and maintain long-term relationships to increase retention and referrals
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within an assigned territory
• Record and manage customer data accurately within a CRM system
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals to earn uncapped commission
