Job Description
Sales Focus, Inc. is searching for a Program Manager to develop, train and grow sales teams across multiple industries, managing sales teams across the US and guiding and directing the program to continually monitor progress and process and procedures.
Requirements
- Preferred to have sales management experience in Outside Sales
- Experience with medium to large sales teams on the Regional / National Level
- Travel will be required to manage multiple teams across 42 states
- 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Self-starter with exceptional management skills and great attention to detail
