Salesforce Consultant (m/f/x)

We are looking for a Salesforce consultant to implement customer projects and specialize in specific apps/clouds based on preferences and project situation. The consultant will be responsible for analysis, IT management, and training, among other tasks. The ideal candidate should have a relevant study and experience in cloud-based CRM solutions, with Salesforce experience being desirable.

Requirements

• Completion of a relevant study
• Practical experience in the setup and operation of cloud-based CRM solutions
• Salesforce experience is desirable
• IT affinity and know-how in Software as a Service, databases, and CRM
• Good analytical skills, problem-solving competence, and team spirit
• Experience in project management and IT implementation
• Certifications for the Salesforce Sales-, Service-, and/or Marketing Cloud are a plus
• Good communication skills in German and English, as well as project-specific travel readiness
