As a Senior Salesforce Consultant Non Profit Cloud, you will lead projects for non-profit customers, develop strategies for acquiring new customers, and ensure the high quality of consulting services while mentoring a team of Salesforce experts.
Requirements
- Comprehensive experience in consulting and implementing Salesforce solutions for customers from the non-profit sector.
- Measurable success in leading and developing teams as well as managing complex projects.
- In-depth expertise in the use of the Salesforce platform, particularly in dealing with the NPSP package and/or the Nonprofit Cloud.
- Holistic and customer-oriented understanding of the processes and specific challenges of non-profit organizations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer orientation with the ability to build and maintain long-term and trusting customer relationships.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with structured thinking.
- Desirable certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder or Salesforce Certified Nonprofit Consultant.
