
Job description
The Business Development Representative will have the responsibility of uncovering business needs to build a pipeline for the sales organization. This role will collaborate with the program manager to build campaigns and prospects, to develop to the point of handoff for Sales. The BDR will be knowledgeable about ongoing and upcoming marketing campaigns to increase conversions.
Some of the things you’ll be doing include: working with the program manager and cross-functional teams to build strategic targets, meeting or exceeding strategic goals, qualifying opportunities, completing detailed research within targeted accounts, identifying and targeting strategic new prospects, and developing outstanding customer service relationships with prospects.
You will be a guide in sales prospecting platforms and tools, use identified customer challenges to prescribe relevant campaigns and events, and become an expert with sales enablement tools. You will also need to be able to work in a high-energy, fast-paced sales environment and think out-of-the-box to wow people with your exciting angles and quality work.
