The Global Incentive Compensation Analyst on the Plan Operations team is responsible for providing key operational support for Salesforce’s Worldwide Sales Incentives program. The role involves processing and distributing incentive compensation plan documents, collaborating with business partners, and delivering process improvements.
Key responsibilities include ensuring complete and accurate employee data, navigating various Salesforce and compensation systems, distributing incentive compensation plans, and partnering with other teams on cross-functional projects.
The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS degree, 2+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Sales Compensation/Sales Operations, and strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
