Technical Architect

Role Overview

Work as a Technical Architect on Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects, delivering end-to-end solutions that meet client requirements. Lead discovery sessions and design workshops to capture client needs and translate them into technical designs.

What You Will Do

Implement solutions across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Marketing CLoud Advanced, Marketing Cloud Personalization/Salesforce Personalization, Data Cloud and Intelligence. Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external systems and platforms using APIs, custom scripts (e.g., AMPscript, SSJS), and tools like MuleSoft or custom ETL solutions.

Requirements

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including implementation, configuration, and custom development.
• Strong knowledge of Marketing Cloud tools such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Data Cloud and/or Personalization
• Experience with scripting languages (AMPscript, SSJS) and integrating Marketing Cloud with other systems via APIs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
