Job description
Work as a Technical/Solution Architect on Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects, delivering end-to-end solutions that meet client requirements. Lead discovery sessions and design workshops to capture client needs and translate them into technical designs.
Implement solutions across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, integrate with external systems and platforms, and manage stakeholders to ensure delivery of high-quality technical solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build trust with internal teams and external clients, and experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related tools.
