Solution Architect

Role Overview

Salesforce is looking to expand its Global Delivery Centre (GDC) Latam team by hiring a hardworking and passionate Solution Architect. The Solution Architect will play a key role in settling optimal use of the Salesforce product in the customer environment. The role requires industry experts who are passionate about digital transformation and customer experience.

What You Will Do

Participating in business process redesign, roadmap planning, and identifying touchpoints in multi-cloud implementations. Working closely with customers to understand current business processes at a detailed level. Developing strong client relationships by building trust, rapport, and positive working relationships with internal and external collaborators and team members.
