Job Description
Salesforce is hiring AI Builders, people who are early in their career but not early in their ambition, to design, develop, and deploy Agentic solutions for the world's Fortune 500 companies. As part of the AI Builder New Grad cohort, you'll be embedded with customer-facing teams, working in a builder pod with a cross-functional team to deliver real-time customer impact from day one. You'll develop AI agents that take real actions for real companies, design Agent Intelligence, and support the entire Technical Lifecycle.
Requirements
- Strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline
- AI native with experience in LLMs and prompt engineering
- Fluency in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, OOP, and Real-Time Infra
- Ability to hold your own in a room with sales teams and customers
- High-quality code writing and AI output evaluation with engineering rigor
- Relentless initiative and get-things-done mentality
- Excitement to travel 25-50% of the time to work with customers
