Salesforce is seeking a Consumption Lead to drive adoption and growth of Mulesoft within its largest GMV customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer success, with technical expertise in Mulesoft solutions and experience in driving consumption and adoption in enterprise accounts.
Requirements
- 7+ years of applicable sales/customer success experience with technical expertise
- Experience driving consumption/adoption in enterprise accounts and portfolio management
- Technical knowledge of Mulesoft
- Ability to engage technical and business stakeholders
- A proven track record leading and driving customer success Teams, and aligning in complex customer environments at the executive and departmental level
- Experience executing sales & expansion strategies with Enterprise customers
- Deep technical knowhow on data architecture & conversant in business language
