Salesforce is hiring a Solution Engineer to join our LATAM Data Foundation Pre-Sales team. The role involves partnering with Account Executives to define sales strategies, leading technical discovery, and ensuring solutions align with customer visions.
Requirements
- Excellent presentation skills in front of technical and non-technical key stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to establish trust with clients and influence key decision-makers
- Understanding of the API lifecycle and common integration patterns
- Familiarity with cloud technologies such as iPaaS, SaaS applications, automation solutions, cloud infrastructure, AI, and AI agents
- Ability to provide architectural recommendations and guide customers through complex technical decision-making processes
- Skilled in facilitating technical workshops and discovery sessions with diverse groups of stakeholders
- Track record of building and delivering Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and responding to technical and functional elements of RFIs/RFPs
- A passion for technology and the ability to translate that passion into meaningful business impact for customers
- Degree in IT, Business Informatics, or equivalent relevant professional experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical sales, solution engineering, consulting, or technical implementation
- Ability to travel as needed
