Account Manager till Lightbringer

Lightbringer is seeking a driven and relationship-oriented Account Manager to help build and grow their customer base, drive upselling, and identify new business opportunities. As an Account Manager, you'll play a key role in Lightbringer's growth journey, working closely with clients and product teams, influencing strategy, and being part of an exciting expansion from early-stage startup to international scale-up.

Requirements

• Build, nurture, and develop long-term client relationships – from onboarding to growth
• Identify, prioritize, and drive new business opportunities
• Create tailored customer plans across different segments
• Conduct both digital and in-person client meetings
• Represent Lightbringer at trade shows, conferences, and industry events
• Actively contribute to shaping the sales strategy and customer journey with the team
