Senior Creative Program Manager

Clari + Salesloft is seeking a Senior Creative Program Manager to be part of their high-performing Creative & Content team. The role involves managing creative operations, end-to-end campaign execution, brand store management, and operational infrastructure optimization. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in Creative Operations, Design Program Management, or Project Management, and expertise in project management platforms, data analysis, and creative lifecycle management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Creative Operations, Design Program Management, or Project Management
• Expert proficiency in project management platforms (Monday.com)
• Analytical rigor and ability to visualize data using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Production fluency and understanding of the creative lifecycle across digital, video, and physical/event production
• Capacity modeling and resource forecasting skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills
• AI integration and automation experience
