Director, Business Systems & Analytics

The Director of Business Systems & Analytics is a high-impact leadership role that integrates enterprise-wide strategy with technical operational excellence. The position requires a professional who understands that financial forecasting depends on governed data, integrated systems, and optimized operational workflows.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Business Systems, Sales/Revenue Operations, or Data Engineering, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment
• Hands-on proficiency in HubSpot (Architecture/Admin level), NetSuite, Ordway/Chargebee, and enterprise BI platforms such as DriveTrain, Looker, or Sigma
• Experience leading technical teams and scaling infrastructure within a fast-paced, PE-backed environment
• Collaboration and ability to serve as the primary link between technical teams and the Executive Leadership Team
