Engineering Manager

As an Engineering Manager at SalesRabbit, you will lead two product teams and be the catalyst for the company's next phase of growth. You will be responsible for delivering high-impact features, maintaining a 'Lean and Speedy' engineering culture, and serving as the bridge between technical excellence and product vision.

Requirements

• 3+ years of people management experience
• 5+ years of experience leading Agile, cross-functional teams for customer-facing web and mobile products
• Strong background in web, mobile, or platform development
• Strategic thinker with the ability to communicate the 'Why' behind technical initiatives
• Track record of process improvement and growth mindset
