Job Description
At Sally's Apizza, we are looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee restaurant operations, mentor staff, and embody the company culture.
Requirements
- 5 years of proven success as a leader in restaurant operations
- Strong Computer Skills (Microsoft Office, Brink, 7Shifts POS preferred)
- Ability to do theoretical costing around food, purchasing, and labor.
- Language: English, Basic Spanish (preferred but not required)
- ServeSafe Certified
