Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience
• 1 year of previous sales management experience
• Past experience in operational, financial and performance management
• Cosmetology license is a plus
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Passion for all things hair and beauty
• Legal compliance - ability to lift 25lbs (with accommodation)
• Physical exertion required (lifting, bending, standing, walking)
