Salmon processing company looking for a SHIFT SUPERVISOR QUALITY CONTROL to work in their process plant located in QUELLÓN.

Requirements

• Food Engineer, Fisheries, Aquaculture, Industrial or related degree
• Basic knowledge: Food handling, good manufacturing practices, food safety, food defense, food fraud
• Specific knowledge: HACCP, BRC, IFS, PAC, POS and Globalgap, destination markets
• Excel advanced level (ideal)
• 2 to 5 years of experience in the area
