We are looking for a Marine Center Assistant to assume the role of the Center Manager in processes related to the productive cycle of salmonids, ensuring production volumes under agreed standards and dates. The role involves managing human resources, materials, and information, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety policies, and monitoring modules through cameras.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/University degree in Aquaculture, Veterinary, Marine Biology, Biotechnology, Fisheries, or similar
• 4 years of experience in the position, leading teams
• At least 2 years as a Senior Assistant or Assistant Manager
• Boatmaster Certificate, ROR
• Familiarization courses on board and First Aid
• Management of productive control systems: Fishtalk, SAP, SIFA
• Management of cost control and expenses
• Availability to work in 14x14 shifts
