Job Description
Salmonera is seeking a Process Quality Supervisor to supervise process lines, conduct sampling, and ensure production of a safe and quality product at their processing plant in QuellĂłn.
Requirements
- Education: Technician in Food, Fishing, Aquaculture, Industry, or related career.
- Basic knowledge: Interpretation of Technical Data Sheet, Food Handling, Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Specific knowledge: HACCP, POS, BRC, IFS, BAP.
- Intermediate level of Office.
- Ideally 2 years of experience in similar positions.
