Job Description
Salsify is seeking an AI CS Technical Consultant to accelerate the adoption and value realization of Salsify’s AI capabilities across our customer base. This role operates at the intersection of Customer Success, Services, and Product/R&D, ensuring customers successfully adopt and expand their use of Salsify’s AI-powered capabilities.
Requirements
- Experience in post-sales technical roles such as Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Implementation Consultant, or Technical Customer Success.
- Strong ability to translate AI capabilities into real customer workflows and business value.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with CS, Services, Product, and Engineering.
- Experience supporting SaaS products in a customer-facing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on driving product adoption.
- Proficient with Javascript.
