Job Description
Performs repairs on vehicles and mechanical equipment under the direction of a skilled mechanic, gains skills through on-the-job training. Extensive physical labor required, exposure to grease, dirt, and loud noises.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in post-secondary education automotive/heavy truck repair certificate or degree program
- One (1) year of advanced or vocational automotive classes in high school completed
- One (1) year experience working in the automotive or truck repair, welding, or other related industry
