You are both a trusted advisor to clients and a day-to-day leader for your team, balancing hands-on delivery with coaching and oversight.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in the marketing industry
• Proven leader with strong people management skills
• Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple mid-sized accounts or brand portfolios
• Experience in vendor selection, contract negotiation, and partner management
• Skilled in financial management, including budget building and monitoring variances
• Excellent communicator and confident presenter
• Strategic thinker with a passion for marketing, brand partnerships, and business growth
• Highly organized, adaptable, and calm under pressure
