Job Description
The Kitchen is seeking an Associate Creative Director to support the creative director in leading a team of talented creatives to develop visually compelling, culturally resonant B2BC campaigns.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a creative role within an agency or in-house team
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire creative teams
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, cultural trends, and culinary/restaurant-world trends
- Ability to align creative concepts with client objectives and strategies
- Confident and persuasive communicator, capable of presenting ideas to clients and internal stakeholders
Benefits
- Anticipated annual base salary range of $120,000–$145,000
