Payroll & Accounts Payable Manager

As Payroll & Accounts Payable Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of payroll and accounts payable operations across Canada and the United States.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in payroll and accounts payable
• Hands-on experience managing Canadian payroll; U.S. payroll experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, statutory deductions, and remittance requirements across Canada (U.S. knowledge an asset)
• Experience with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Gusto) and accounting/ERP platforms
• Strong understanding of full-cycle accounts payable processes and internal controls
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reconciliation processes
• Exceptional attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Discreet and trusted with confidential payroll and financial information
