We’re looking for a full-time Account Manager to join our Client Services team. As an Account Manager, you will manage client relationships, define requirements and timelines, and lead engagements. You will also have opportunities to advance your HubSpot expertise and identify areas of specialization.
Requirements
- BA or BS degree in communications, marketing, or business
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate details
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to assess a wide range of issues in creative ways and consult on solutions
- Confidence in advising clients on how to proceed in order to achieve their goals
- Confidence in leading sales-related discussions with clients
- Comfortably handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Confidently organize and prioritize work under pressure
- Work within an assigned budget
- Proven HubSpot experience
- Teamwork.com experience
