Job Description
Referral Specialist oversees the specialty referral program services at Salud sites, communicating with patients, families, staff, and physicians to ensure timely and accurate referrals. Responsible for processing referrals, notifying patients of appointments, and verifying eligibility.
Requirements
- High school graduate
- At least 2 years of general experience in a healthcare environment
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook) and electronic health records
