Data Analyst

Role Overview

Reporting to the Director of Operations and Customer Success, the Data Analyst will interface with test vendors, create test samples, and perform in-depth data analyses to identify data quality issues and communicate findings to internal stakeholders.

What You Will Do

The Data Analyst will support the sales team by running counts, assist with customer or prospect data projects, and provide first-line support for the UI system and API. They will also research and analyze data quality issues and communicate findings to the engineering team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, statistics or similar
• 2+ years of experience in business, data analysis or related role
• Strong Excel skills & analytics skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Interpersonal skills including strong written and oral communications
• Ability to work independently
