
Job description
Reporting to the Director of Operations and Customer Success, the Data Analyst will interface with test vendors, create test samples, and perform in-depth data analyses to identify data quality issues and communicate findings to internal stakeholders.
The Data Analyst will support the sales team by running counts, assist with customer or prospect data projects, and provide first-line support for the UI system and API. They will also research and analyze data quality issues and communicate findings to the engineering team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. They will be comfortable with Excel and have strong analytics skills.
