Product Designer

Sama is a B2B platform that enables employers to provide hyper-tailored development through unlimited professional coaching. We're looking for a senior-level Product Designer to join our growing design team.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience in product design, ideally within a SaaS
• Experience working in start-ups
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered product design and a solid visual design aesthetic
• Experience designing responsive web and/or mobile applications
• Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent design/prototyping tools)
• Understanding of design systems and component-driven design
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Bonus: Experience with marketing design, branding, or motion graphics
