This position is responsible for providing receptionist support to customers at Samaritan Clinics, including scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, and processing payments. A professional is successful when providing receptionist support that enhances the customers’ experience when seeking services at Samaritan Clinics.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of one year reception/customer service experience
• Some computer experience preferred (MS Word, Excel and Internet skills)
• Experience with medical insurance billing desirable
