Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor responsible for overseeing and coordinating all mechanical and technical support for a 700+ unit historical building.

Requirements

• 5+ years of property maintenance management or leadership experience
• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
• EPA Universal and CPO licenses or permits
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, general carpentry, HVAC, and appliances
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer skills
