Maintenance Supervisor

Role Overview

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the maintenance of a property, ensuring it is maintained in good physical condition. They will supervise personnel, oversee work orders, and report any accidents or emergency situations to the Facility Director.

What You Will Do

The Maintenance Supervisor will complete routine inspections, maintain accurate records, and interact with residents, contractors, and team members in a professional manner.

Requirements

• HVAC certification preferred
• 1 year experience or training in carpentry, light plumbing work, light electrical work, painting, refurbishing, and cleaning, air-conditioning
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
• All specific certifications required by law
• Must successfully complete all required courses, classes, and training provided by MMS
