Job Description
Samba TV is seeking a Senior Director of Sales Engineering to lead the global Sales Engineering function. This role focuses on driving strategic growth, managing a high-performing team, and translating data into business value for C-suite buyers. The company transforms the viewing experience for media companies and helps advertisers measure their reach. It is seeking a leader who can successfully scale teams and improve ROI for complex enterprise deals.
Requirements
- 12-15+ years in AdTech/MarTech/Measurement
- 5+ years leading managers
- Track record influencing $20M+ ARR
- Fluent in measurement frameworks, clean rooms, identity, and TV outcomes
- Working knowledge of APIs, SQL, ETL, and major clouds
- Crisp communicator with strong executive presence and negotiation skills
- Builder’s mindset; scales teams, process, and quality
- Trusted partner to Sales; decisive, data-driven, and calm under pressure
- High empathy for clients; simplifies the complex
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
