Job Description
The Manager- Drugs Procurement will be responsible for managing the rate contracting and monitoring the vendor performance for drugs in Uttar Pradesh. The position involves ensuring proper bidding and contracting process, preparing RFP documents, selecting vendors, and ensuring adherence to timelines and quality norms.
Requirements
- MBA degree from a recognized university/institution
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, with 3 years in procurement
- In-depth knowledge of drug procurement
- Ability to develop and institutionalize procurement processes and controls
- People Management skills
