Job Description
Samsara is seeking an Atlassian Admin to join their IT Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering, managing, and enhancing JIRA and Confluence instances, including setup, configuration, and maintenance. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Administer, manage, and enhance JIRA and Confluence instances
- Develop and manage complex JIRA workflows, fields, dashboards, and reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions
- Provide training and support to JIRA and Confluence users
- Maintain system security, stability, and access controls
- Perform upgrades, migrations, and plugin installations
- Analyze and improve performance metrics
- Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guidelines
- Drive core operations that keep the company secure and productive
